This is our onboarding page that will get you started on your way to becoming a successful member of our team! Below you will find:

Before you start this training, make sure your @virtualassistusa.com email is set up, along with your access to Teamwork.

 

Begin by working your way through the numbers below!

 

Once you have completed the onboarding training you can message your manager to see if there are any tasks for you to begin on. If not, you can clock out for the day. 

ONE

Start with our onboarding video.

 

Once you are done with the video come back to this page for the next step. Not Teamwork.

TWO

Kindly complete the onboarding quiz to help you gain a better understanding of what you should have retained from the video.  

THREE

Please fill out your VA USA profile! Have a professional picture handy as you will need to upload one at the end of the form!

YOU'RE DOING GREAT!

IMPORTANT: At this point please log into your teamwork account, manually log the amount of time you have used so far in the onboarding for the tasks above.

 

Then start your timer to complete the remaining tasks.

 

Also, message your manager in the chat feature to update them and ask any questions you may have! 

FOUR

Please fill out the FREE DISC Assessment and email the results to Nicole@virtualassistusa.com. You can watch the video as well to understand why we use DISC and what it is. ​

FIVE

Your schedule. Please message your manager to reiterate your daily work schedule. Remember it will take a few weeks to work up to the amount of hours you want to maintain. 

Therefore you can clock out once you have no remaining work for the day. 

​

You can choose to work anywhere between 25-40 hours per week. The bulk of the hours you choose to work must be consecutive and fall in a majority of 9a-5p EST. Once you choose a schedule you must stick to it.

Team Meetings & Employee Handbook

Make sure you have received the calendar invite to your VA USA email for our monthly mandatory meetings.

Sign up below for any weekly team trainings you want to take. Sign the employee handbook and email it to your manager.

Working Together

The below document contains tasks and trainings for you to complete now. Such as setting up your VA USA signature, helping videos, setting up google profiles, etc.

These are important, let your manager know if you have any questions. Read the whole document.

The Client Call Orientation training will assist you with the first onboarding call with your clients.
