Kris loves to get to know her clients by hearing about their stories and why they do what they do. In her previous position, she joined an 85-year-old business that had gotten tired and lacked an infrastructure that would support significant growth. She created documentation for standard operating procedures in all departments, developed a formal onboarding cadence for new employees, and systematized activities that were repeated throughout the year.
Kris has a Bachelor's Degree with a dual major in Business Management and Spanish. She has also studied for and received her International Business Certificate. She is an active member of the Penscaola Chamber of Commerce.
When Kris is not working, you can find her on the hiking trail. Fun fact: she and her husband have hiked the last 100 km of the Camino de Santiago in northern Spain three times!
