Your VA isn’t a robot. They have strengths, weaknesses, and probably better ideas than you think.

Take time to understand what they’re good at. Maybe they’re amazing at social media but terrible at data entry. Work with that, not against it.

Celebrate wins. Say thank you. If they save you 10 hours a week, acknowledge it. Happy VAs stick around longer and work harder. Unhappy ones disappear faster than free pizza at a startup.
