Your hours do not expire. When you purchase a package of pre-paid virtual assistant hours, those hours remain available until you use them. This gives you the flexibility to use support when your business actually needs it, without worrying about losing unused time at the end of the month.

From time to time, Virtual Assist USA may also share special offers or promotions with newsletter subscribers. The best way to stay informed about any available discounts is to join our newsletter or speak with our team when choosing the package that best fits your needs.
Virtual Assist USA works with pre-paid hour packages. Once you select the package that fits your needs, you will receive an invoice before work begins. Your virtual assistant will track time as work is completed, and your available hours will be used from your package balance.
Virtual Assist USA accepts standard business payment methods. Payment details are provided with your invoice so you can complete payment securely and begin using your virtual assistant support.
