Taneika

Taneika expertly handles clients' needs in project management, email triage, complex calendar and scheduling management, domestic and international travel coordination. Taneika earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Franklin & Marshall College. She also holds a Master’s degree in Tourism & Travel Management from New York University. During her graduate studies, she focused on cultural tourism and how it could positively affect local communities. After completing her graduate degree, Taneika began her career in hospitality working with luxury brands such as Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.  

Taneika's clients describe her as detail-oriented, organized and reliable. Taneika is skilled in many platforms such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Google Mail, Calendar, Drive, Salesforce, Zoom, Dropbox, SurveyMonkey, and Airtable. 

Taneika has a strong background in client service, executive administration, program management, launch strategy, meeting, and event planning as well as in servicing high-end clientele.  During her time in the hospitality industry as a Sales Executive, Taneika promoted and negotiated contracts for luxury hotels.  She also serviced weddings, social events, and small meetings. Taneika then transitioned into the Virtual Assistance industry where she continued to work with high-end clientele. 

When she's not working, Taneika enjoys visiting local wineries and designing floral arrangements.
