Siera expertly handles clients' needs in project management, email triage, complex calendar and scheduling management, domestic and international travel coordination. Prior to joining Virtual Assist USA, Siera had nearly a decade of experience in the financial services and technology industries. Siera is an experience research manager and customer service coordinator. 

Siera's clients describe her as detail-oriented, organized and reliable. Siera is skilled in many platforms such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Google Mail, Calendar, Drive, Salesforce, Zoom, Dropbox, SurveyMonkey, Quick Base, and Airtable. 

Siera has a strong background in client service, executive administration, program management, launch strategy, meeting, and event planning as well as in servicing high-end clientele.  

Siera received her degree from the University of South Florida in Psychology.

When she's not working, Siera enjoys working out at the gym and listening to music. She also donates her time and efforts to causes she cares about such as St. Jude Children's Hospital and cancer research.
