About Renee

Renee is an extremely accomplished, experienced & educated tech-savvy Virtual Assistant and Project Manager, with 19 years of business experience. She has produced positive, enduring results for high-echelon clients. Far more than a Virtual Assistant, Renee is a person who is detail-oriented, driven, and direct, whose opinion is highly sought after, and whose strategies are respected and trusted. She also has an incredible intuition when it comes to her clients.

Renee's executive assistance experience has allowed her to develop project plans, manage budgets, build relationships, and plan events. Her clients appreciate her effective communication skills and keep them abreast of project progress and milestones. They describe her attention to detail as "meticulous". Her passion for simplifying clients' lives drives everything she does professionally. To ensure complete customer satisfaction, she is always ready to go the extra mile - starting early and staying late, if need be - to accomplish a task. She approaches each assignment with an ownership mindset, treating it like her own venture. 

Before joining Virtual Assist USA, Renee worked as a Project Manager and Senior Administrative Assistant at Rutgers University. 

Renee has lived/traveled/worked in different parts of the world, which has gifted her with a strong multicultural orientation and a sincere respect for our humanity. Her emotional eq and interpersonal skills are particularly strong. 

Renee received her Bachelor's Degree in English with a minor in French from Penn State University. She is a proud member of the Penn State Alumni Association. A believer in continuing education, she has also completed a web development boot camp where she studied html, css, javascript and reinforced many soft skills (behavioral/mindsets): personal responsibility, future orientation, growth mindset, persistence, communication, teamwork, proactiveness, and orientation to detail. Renee has her Google Analytics Certification and Google Ads Search Certification.

When she's not working, Renee loves eating her husband's cooking, taking walks in nature and reading about fashion, style, and design. She is also a huge dog lover!
