Her previous career experiences saw her providing proactive administrative support to the owner/CEO by coordinating business meetings, scheduling and organizing appointments, managing email, and maintaining internal/external communication. In this role, she was in charge of facilitating special marketing projects and administering customer relations database systems. She drafted and edited professional correspondence, reports, and presentations, prepared agendas and acted as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. She also contributed to important marketing projects and enhanced the CEO's focus on optimizing the company’s day-to-day operations
resulting in nurturing a more productive and manageable corporate environment. Kristen's client-centric approach involves understanding their values and priorities, ensuring not only the completion of tasks but also alignment with their work values and environment.
