Carol was one of our original Virtual Assistants. She chose her career as a Virtual Assistant to pursue her talents of serving entrepreneurs and helping them decide and execute. Some tasks she handles for clients include customer service, CRM management, slide show development, scheduling, automation set-ups, article writing, author assistance, and storytelling via social media. She has over 30 years of administrative, contract service, and business experience in many industries such as Government, Education, Construction, Travel, Hospitality, Real Estate and more. A proponent of continuing education and a lifelong lover of learning, she is also comfortable with handling Brand Management, Social Media Management, and Copywriting.
