As an Executive Assistant, Courtney's goal is to implement administrative practices that improve efficiency and accuracy while reducing redundancy. As a Virtual Assistant, she assists clients with calendar management, overall office operations, database management, international and domestic travel planning, investor correspondence, vendor contract management, research, and electronic filing system creation.

Courtney is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, YouTub, Asana, Basecamp, Teamwork PM, Slack, Trello, Outlook as well as proficiency in all social media platforms.
