Bertina loves to get to know her clients by hearing about their story and why they do what they do. In her work, she believes whole heartedly that understanding the "purpose behind the person" will help her serve as their Virtual Assistant in the best way possible. Clients describe her as creative, enthusiastic and engaged. She has a unique ability to ask the right questions, get clients' ideas onto paper and out into the world. 

Prior to joining Virtual Assist USA, Bertina had worked in an administrative capacity at the Penn School of Medicine. She chose her career as a Virtual Assistant to pursue her talents of serving entrepreneurs and helping them decide and execute. Some tasks she handles for clients include customer service, CRM manageemnt, slide show development, scheduling, automation set-ups, article witing, author assistance and storytelling via social media.

Bertina received her Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing. A proponent of continuing education and a lifelong lover of learning, she has also pursued and received certifications in Brand Management, Social Media Management, and Copywriting.
