Since our offices are not in the same location, how do we conduct business?
We easily exchange data electronically via the internet, a Virtual Conference room, email, Skype, IM, Go to Meeting, or other options.

Will I always work with the same Virtual Assistant?
All of our Virtual Assistants are experts in their respective areas – Graphic Design, 1ShoppingCart, etc. Still, personal connection is important to us. You are signed one Virtual Assistant as a Project Manager. You will have 24/7 access to this person. We return e-mails and phone calls quickly, never leaving you to wonder if your message got lost in cyberspace.
While clients may work primarily with a certain member of the Virtual Assist USA team, that individual has all of his or her colleagues ready to back them up in an instant. It is unrealistic to believe that one person can be good at everything that you may need a virtual assistant to do. That is why at Virtual Assist USA, we understand the value of having built a strong team of different individuals who all work together to get the job done.

What type of Non-Disclosure Agreements do you sign?
Our lawyers developed strong Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreements that all team members sign. Additionally, you may request that we sign your own NDA.

What size companies will Virtual Assist USA’s Virtual Assistants work with?
We work with a wide-array of corporations, middle managers, business owners, solo-entrepreneurs (like coaches and authors) and non-profits, ranging from one-man shops to organizations with annual revenue in the millions.The flexibility in who we serve is something that makes us stand out from other Virtual Assistant agencies.

Does your contract include a minimum time commitment?
We would love it if our clients stay with us forever –in fact, most of them do – but we do not impose a requirement on them. Our job as Virtual Assistants is to make your life easier and your business more flexible.
We have three pricing options when working with us:

  • One option, the Pay-As-You-Go option, comes with no minimum time commitment or hourly requirements.
  • The remaining two options are Retainer Plans that require time commitments of 3 and 6 months, respectively, in exchange for a deep discount on the hourly rate.

Can outsourcing to a Virtual Assistant save our business money?
Absolutely. Hiring a Virtual Assistant saves money because the employer no longer is on the hook for taxes, workman’s compensation, unemployment insurance, equipment, office supplies or space.
We provide a seamless transition from full-time, in-house employee to Virtual Assistant.
