We are looking for a Virtual Assistant / Project Manager. This position is remote and in an Employee role (not an independent contractor, as you see is common in the industry). 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

 

  • Handling administrative tasks for multiple clients in a deadline-driven, high-urgency and fast-paced environment

  • Making every client feel like the only client

  • Following defined standard operating procedures and protocols for time tracking, project recording and task reporting

  • Strong experience and skillset in one or more of the following: social media marketing, digital marketing, web design, graphic design, e-mail management, project management, research projects, business strategy

  • Create structures, workflows, and processes to help our clients grow

  • Much more!

  • You're compelling, clear, have good grammar and pride yourself on your written communications

  • Detail oriented and you believe in doing what you say you will do when you say you will do it

Qualifications:

 

  • College education

  • Minimum 10 years of experience 

  • Excellent communication skills

  • In-home office setup including Mac or PC Computer, with high internet speed, video conference capabilities, and a designated professional space

  • Ability to pass a federal background check

  • US Citizen

The role of the Virtual Assistant is so important. Our Virtual Assistants have direct contact with our clients, and it can sometimes be a gentle hand-hold through the experience of working with us. Some of our clients have never worked with a Virtual Assistant or marketer or web designer before and they need a friend to make it feel less daunting. That’s this role!
