Virtual Assist USA believes equally in the power of education and experience, meaning each team member is required to have Master’s-level degree and proven success in on-the-job experience.
Virtual Assist USA is operated primarily from our Pittsburgh, PA office, where we are headquartered. However, we have Virtual Assistants spread across the United States in various time zones to accommodate national and global clients’ time sensitive projects. Our Founder:
Virtual Assist USA was founded by Danielle Cuomo after leaving corporate America. Her first career was in Global Public Relations and Process Improvement for ESPN, and then onto a national IT Consulting and Project Management Training firm.
When she is not working with her fantastic clients, she serves on the board of the Women’s Small Business Association. She is an active member in the Institute for CEO Focus, the US Chamber of Commerce, The Allegheny HYP Club and National Association of Women Business Owners. Danielle has also written 2 business books: Inspired Entrepreneurs (co-author) and How to Wheel and Deal in High Heels.
Danielle has received awards such as the Top 10 Businesses to Follow on Twitter, Web of Trust Award and Business Journals Women of Distinction. She has been sought out to speak on topics of business development and media strategies for the Pittsburgh Business Times, Small Business Radio and Home Business Magazine. Danielle has led presentations for small business owners titled: “Am I Google-able?” and “Everything You Need to Know About Social Media.”
Danielle lives in Pittsburgh, PA where she spends her free time cooking gourmet, reading political biographies, rooting for Penn State, entertaining friends and family and trying to visit every place on her Bucket List. She also enjoys golf and snowboarding, despite a complete lack of ability.
